libexpat-gst software package provides Expat bindings for GNU Smalltalk, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libexpat-gst
libexpat-gst is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libexpat-gst package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libexpat-gst *
You will get with libexpat-gst package name, version, architecture and description in a table
